REFUND POLICY
At Divvn, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. Since our items are custom-made and printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Please provide pictures or other relevant information for review. Upon confirmation of the issue, we will offer a replacement or a full refund for the affected item(s).
Order Delays and Compensation
If your order does not arrive within the promised delivery timeframe, we offer compensation for delays. You can request compensation for up to 20% of the order amount if the delay exceeds the promised order duration by more than 20 business days. In addition, you may choose a reshipment or receive a full refund.
Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee a cancellation once the order is in production.
